Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all products purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at contact@vazzari.co.uk to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once we have received your request, our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item(s) in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.

  5. Once we receive the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

  6. If the item(s) meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Policy Criteria

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition, including all tags and accessories.

  • The item(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged.

  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Exceptions

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom orders or personalized items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
